Collaboration
The Willem4 method, main features of contracts and earnings models
1. A letter of intent concerning cooperation is concluded with third parties. This letter of intent sets out the
main features of the working relationship.
2. If the letter of intent relates to a project, the project is normally divided into a preparatory phase, a
funding phase, a realisation phase and an operational phase.
3. Where necessary, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is concluded.
4. All items required to carry out the various phases of a project are charged to the project.
5. The third parties involved become strategic partners of Willem4 (if they are not already strategic
partners) and therefore endorse the goal of Willem4, linking the project to a goal in the area of
corporate social responsibility (CSR).
6. An admission fee is payable by strategic partners.
7. A consultancy fee may be charged for the use of the network.
8. If appropriate, a success fee, plus a CSR contribution, is charged.
9. Willem4 charges a fee for general costs as a contribution towards the costs incurred by Willem4.
